What’s Included in the OC Basic Monthly Service Each monthly visit focuses on core maintenance tasks that help prevent common hot tub problems and keep your spa ready to enjoy. ✅ Water & Chemical Care Check chemical levels Adjust chemical levels as needed Check water temperature Check water level* ✅ Cleaning & Visual Inspection Skim the top of the hot tub to remove debris Inspect filter condition* Inspect cover for proper operation* ✅ System Function Checks Verify that the circulating pump is functioning properly* *Visual inspection only. Does not include water filling filter cleaning, filter replacement, water changes, or repairs.
